Wimax EU intends to establish a pan-European WISP network. We've identified the lack of affordable high quality broadband access in the majority of European countries and intend to fill this gap. The rollout of broadband across most countries is hampered by the lack of necessary infrastructure, the sometimes bad condition of the existing infrastructure or the monopolization of the infrastructure by a Telecoms co. with no real interest in local loop unbundling. Wimax EU will bypass these infrastructural problems by implementing a wireless network for the so-called “last mile”. We will use wireless point-to-point connections to bring broadband connectivity to areas where it is currently unavailable. In these areas we will establish nodes from where we can provide broadband access to customers in the area. The fact that our network does not require the installation of a cabled infrastructure makes it possible to connect customers within days of signing up for our service. In some instances customers will even be able to sign up, connect and use our service the same day. We will be offering a range of “packages” in order to suit everyones needs. On top of fast, high quality Internet access we will also offer a whole range of services and applications across our network. These will range from VOIP telephony and video conferencing to secure communications services and triple-play type services, we will constantly work to extend our service offerings. Another mainstay of our market approach is to increase the mobility of our customers access. The fact that a customers signs up for a residential Internet access type package does not mean that his (or her) access is limited to their premises. Any of our customers will be able to use their service package that they subscribe to anywhere that Wimax EU has a network presence. This mobile access will be available for a small fee and will eventually be free off charge. This will result in a customer, that a uses our VOIP service, being able to make and receive calls anywhere in Europe that we have a network presence. At no extra costs! The same will apply to any of our other services. We will also differentiate ourselves from our competitors by offering both technical support and customers service at a level and standard unmatched. Not only will both departments be manned and accessible around the clock 365 days a year, we will also ensure that our staff is highly skilled and will make sure that our customers are assisted in a way that they deserve. We will also have an extensive online support area on our website with a support ticket system, FAQ area and live help available online also. Apart from establishing a number of point to point connections providing wireless connectivity directly to homes and business premises we will also setup a network of wireless hotspots providing wireless connectivity to areas with a high visitor level. These areas will include (but will not be limited to) airports, train stations, shopping centers, sport stadiums, bars, restaurants etc. These hotspots will provide our existing customers with mobile access to our services but will also provide pay-as-you-go access whereby users can by time based access to the Internet and/or our services. Eventually we will expand the coverage of these hotspots whereby we will create hot-zones covering whole urban (and eventually rural) areas. Because we are a ISP we will off course extend the quality of our services to the range of services expected to be offered by an ISP. With our subscription packages we will offer web-hosting and email as standard. Services such as spam-filtering and virus protection will also be standard. Web-hosting will include a web-based control panel for your account including the full “Fantastico” software suite which makes adding modules such as content management systems, forums, e-commerce etc. to your website as simple as a few mouse-clicks. Fantastico is seen as the worldwide standard in it's field. Off course we will also provide domain name registration, domain forwarding and web based mail access services. This will enable our customers to establish a professional web presence. All our servers will be hosted in a secure datacenter.
